1. How can I buy a package?
You have three options to purchase the packages:
1. You can buy them on our website www.icarexperience.com
2. You can buy them by phone at 514-955-4227
3. You can come to our offices at 12 800 Henri-Fabre in Mirabel from Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Always contact us by phone before you come to confirm that we are open.
2. Is it possible to buy now and book later?
Yes, it is possible to buy a package and offer it as a gift without having to choose the date of the activity. When the person receives the package, they can decide themselves the date of their experience.
3. Are ICAR experiences refundable?
We have a 7 day refund policy after purchase. After 7 days, packages are non-refundable, but exchangeable for all packages or transferable to another person.
4. Will there be additional costs on site?
after a purchase on our site, there will be no additional costs unless you wish to buy souvenirs or additional tours.
After a purchase on another site if the taxes have not been paid, they must be paid when booking. In addition, if insurance is required for the chosen experience (Mustang GT) and the purchase was not made online beforehand, these costs will be payable on site. Some of our experiences also require a security deposit.
5. How much time will it take for me to receive the gift box I purchased?
The gift box is sent by regular post, so it may take 7-10 working days.
6. Does my package expire after 1 year without being used?
All packages purchased on our website, by telephone with us or directly on site do not expire.
7. What are the requirements for doing an experience at ICAR?
For car driving experiences the participant must hold a valid driver's license. We accept learner and probationary permits. For passenger tours the minimum age is 12 years old. For helicopter piloting the minimum age is 16 years old and 8 years old as a passenger. If the person is a minor, they must be accompanied by an adult or have a signed authorization.
8. Is it possible to change my package ?
If the package comes directly from the ICAR site, the gift card is a monetary value exchangeable for any package. If the desired package is more expensive, all you have to do is pay the balance between the value of the old package and the new one.
9. Are insurances included?
For the vast majority of our experiences, they are included in the packages. The experiences that do not include insurance are the ½ day Mustang course, 1 day Mustang experience, the competition license and the TLO drift school (drift) driving experiences.
Mustang 1/2 day: $75 + tax
Mustang 1 day: $150 + tax
2-day competition license: $350 + taxes
These insurances offer a deductible of $2000 in the event of damage or accident.
If there is a refusal to subscribe to insurance for the experiences that require it, a deposit of $5,000 will be required.
10. How long is a ride?
We cannot confirm the duration of a lap as it depends on the person driving. Our main circuit is approximately 2.2 kilometers long.
11. Are the cars manual transmission?
Exotic cars are all automatic transmission, while Mustang and Subaru are manual transmission. The cars we use for defensive driving are automatic.
12. What is the maximum speed?
Some people go up to 200 km/h, but it depends on the driver, his skills, his level of experience and his confidence in driving such a car.

Are there specific dates where I can come whenever I want?
We open specific availability to each of our activities. When you have a package, you can go to our website or call us to find out the availability of your activity. We have weekday and weekend availability.
How far in advance should I book?
It is best to book as early as possible. Depending on the period, you will need to book at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
13. How do I make a reservation?
Go to our reservation site at https://reservation.icarexperience.ca/Experience/Reservation and enter your reservation number provided for this purpose. You will then have access to the full calendar of available dates for your experience. For winter experiences, reservations begin in December and for summer experiences, reservations begin in mid-March.
14. Can I change my booking date?

Plus de 7 jours avant la date de votre réservation: Aucuns frais ne s’appliquent.
Entre 48h et 7 jours avant la date de votre réservation: Des frais de 50$+tx s’appliquent pour pouvoir réactiver votre forfait.
À moins de 48h avant la date de votre réservation ou en cas de non présentation lors de votre réservation: Le forfait sera considéré comme utilisé et ne sera ni remboursable, ni réutilisable.
Le Complexe ICAR se réserve le droit de modifier en tout temps l’horaire de votre réservation suite à des imprévus.
Chaussures fermées et tenue confortable exigée pour toute expérience de pilotage automobile.
15. What happens in case of rain?
ICAR reserves the right to change the date or maintain the experiences. Calls for cancellations will be made the day before class or very early in the morning. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you the day before the activity or very early in the morning to let you know and we can reschedule your appointment free of charge at that time. If your plan has a deadline, we'll change it for free as well.
16. What should I wear?
You can dress in comfortable clothes and sports shoes. Sandals and heels will not be tolerated.
17. Can I come with my family or friends?
Yes, your family and friends are welcome and will be able to take photos and videos in the safe places provided for this purpose. There is no additional cost for accompanying persons. Children are also welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.
18. Can friends come with me on the track?
Pour des raisons de sécurité et d’assurance, personne ne peut embarquer dans la voiture d’un élève à l’exception de l’instructeur.
19. Is there food and drinks at the track?
Indeed, we have a restaurant where you can buy snacks, full hot or cold meals and refreshments.
20. Can I share my package?
No, the packages are for one person only, you cannot split the laps.
